Hello!

We are asking you to participate in our Jefferson Hospital, "Employee Recognition" initiative using the "WE SEE YOU" App you have just been sent. The purpose of the App is to collect your photo, position here at Jefferson & something you would like our patients and staff to know about you.

We are so proud of the team we've built and want to display our entire team in our new elevator lobby on the 1st floor on our new display monitor. Take a candid photo of yourself or use a previous picture that you prefer to upload during your shift but please be sure not to include any other patients or staff in your photo. We are asking that you submit the requested information (4 Steps) included on the App by December 30th, 2023.

We are asking for your participation to make this initiative as successful as possible. We understand and respect that not everyone wants their photo taken or wishes to share information about themselves.
